
Upon completion of the form, one of our team members will contact you straight away to confirm all of your details are correct and ask about your property. This step is vital as if any of your contact details are invalid then we will not be able to guarantee a real estate agent can contact you. We also ask about your property to ensure we find the perfect professional who specialises in the sales of properties in a similar spec to yours.
We will inform you when we have found the perfect agent for you and notify you in advance who will be working with you. From there, we will give the agent your details and they will promptly contact you and schedule in a date for which you will have your property appraised. Upon contact with the agent, this is where our journey with you ends and we remove ourselves from the process. You will be in communication with the agent only, any questions or cancellations, you MUST speak directly with them.
On the day of your appraisal, your agent will visit your property and mark down any of its unique selling points, features of the property and give an honest assessment of its current market value. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask the agent and they will provide you with the information required.
After your appraisal, it is then your decision on the next step. This is a no pressure choice for you and with no obligation to list your property. The appraisal and market value estimation is entirely in your hands. Ensure you notify your agent how you wish to move forward within a reasonable timeframe.
